My website.  This is a personal website, mine!! Please assume that nobody I know agrees with me. (That's often true!) Even when I use my personal website to talk about my work or my profession, I do not represent my employer or anyone else (unless I specifically say so).  My views are often political, controversial, emotional, and under development.  As a personal website, I claim full protection under the constitution, laws, and treaties of the United States of America and the State of Oregon.  As a public website, the world is my guest.  But if I ask you not to visit the website anymore, don't.  Any further access is unauthorized.

Third-party linking.  I may link to content on your server if your server permits it.  Such is the design of HTTP.  If you don't want this, please fix your server.  It's easy!  (I'll do it for you for a fee.) I may link to an image to act as a sample or icon, and inline it into my pages in order to provide visual continuity.  As a low-volume personal website, I am not trying to steal your bandwidth.  In fact, I usually give the original website credit and provide a link.  Should you feel that I have violated your property, I will give your polite request for modification or removal of the item with much more regard than I will a threat or legal challenge.
